A fluid practice that blends movement with breath awareness. A space to explore and restore your connection with your whole body, leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged.

The Movemenet Space
Midday Reset
This will be a short nourishing practice with slow dynamic movements, pockets of stillness and finishing with a meditation to help you combat the afternoon slump.
