A 7 week block to help you get back into the rhythm. Gently uplifting practices, where we’ll connect with body and mind through fluid movement, mindfulness & the breath.

St Clair Yoga

Vinyasa Flow

A fluid practice that blends movement with breath awareness. A space to explore and restore your connection with your whole body, leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged.

Everyone is welcome— just come as you are and I will meet you there.


When: Mondays, 6:15–7:50pm

Dates: 26. January - 30. March

Where: St. Clair school hall, Dunedin

Investment: $20 drop in (pass options available)

The Movemenet Space

Midday Reset

This will be a short nourishing practice with slow dynamic movements, pockets of stillness and finishing with a meditation to help you combat the afternoon slump.

Everyone is welcome— just come as you are and I will meet you there.


When: Wednesdays , 12:15–1:00pm

Dates: 18. February - 25. March

Where: The Movement Space, Dunedin

Investment: $20 drop in | $100 for all 6
