Therapeutic yoga woven with care.
Nourishing movement and rest for body, mind and soul.
Kia ora, Welcome!
I’m Catalina — a Yoga teacher and Yoga therapist in training.
With over 1,000 hours of education and years of experience, I offer practises that support the restoration and deepening of connection between body, mind, and breath. Rooted in the Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual approach, each session invites you to explore your body with curiosity and care. I share gentle, adaptable practices that support nervous system regulation and cultivate body awareness through compassion, laughter, and the breath — empowering you to return to your centre and care for yourself with understanding and joy.
As we journey through life different experiences will leave unique imprints in our bodies, mind and nervous system. These imprints can be quite intricate and can be challenging to understand.
By working together my intention is to help to untangle and understand some of these imprints. To help you identify how these experiences impact your inner landscape and how it affects the way you move through the world.
