I'm Catalina a Yoga teacher and Yoga therapist in training based in Ōtepoti Dunedin. Through Harakeke Studio I offer trauma-informed, therapeutic Yoga to support the wellbeing of body, mind and soul. I offer inclusive and heart-led practises that welcome people of all ages and abilities, with a focus on mindful movement, breathwork and rest.

 

My offerings include personalised 1:1 Yoga therapy, online & group yoga classes, chair Yoga, corporate wellbeing sessions tailored to your workplace or event as well as workshops and specialised classes for people with different needs or health conditions

Creating space for grounding, rest and connection. Whether you're new to Yoga or looking for a more restorative and therapeutic approach, you’re warmly welcome here.
